DaPhunk Band began performing shows in August of 2005. Each member is a show on their own but together, their chemistry is spectacular. These guys are no strangers to the music scene and are veterans at their craft. This stylish group of top Pittsburgh musicians perform the most ear catching, grooving funk and dance music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and 2K’s. DaPhunk Band delivers a supercharged collection of material from artists like Earth Wind and Fire, Kool and the Gang, and Average White Band that sizzles with a modern intensity. Every song they perform is a billboard hit and will be instantly recognized by listeners. This group knows it’s not enough to just play music, and they make every night a special performance.
