Doug Webb has been playing keyboards for 30 yrs now.   He started with a Rock n Roll 3 guitar band “ICE” out of high school.  From there he found better opportunities playing top 40 with bands such as “The Sargeant Sisters” & “Framework”

He left town in ‘82 after graduating from Pitt with an Engineering degree with a music minor.  While in Dallas for 3 years he played with an 80s rock band for a brief stint before moving to Virginia for 11 years.  While there Doug began teaching at a local music store and joined a wedding band when his wife quit work after the birth of his son.

Doug has been back in Pittsburgh now for 11 years and began playing locally again 6 years ago with an 18 piece jazz band, “Big Fat Jazz”.  From that band he spun off gigs w/ the “Frosted Mug” house band in Cheswick & a 70s horn band, “Brass Impact”.

Doug plays a Yamaha S80, a Roland Phantom X7 & a Roland D50 through a Fender stereo keyboard amp.
